WHAT IS OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD (OCC)?
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse that collects gift-filled shoeboxes and distributes them to children living in desperate situations. Each shoebox represents an opportunity to share the Gospel, while showing a child that someone they don’t even know loves them. It’s not just a Christmas gift, it’s a Gospel opportunity; a way to respond to our Savior’s command to
reach the world with the Good News.
